Markus comes to help a little. Poor Mango, lul...

Markus heard the call and took up the duty of meeting the stranger with a bit of haste in his step. There had been some weird trouble in the pack, lately. He was uncomfortable with the events that had gone down with Cam and the irritating trespasser - as well as the strange lady, who had seemed rabid, from even farther before. He no longer felt passive when he heard a howl on the wind - even if it was not Mal's this time.

As he arrived and saw two of the wolves he'd been pondering - the dumb, annoying female from before and Mal himself - engaging in some much deserved aggression, he realized he was right to be hyper diligent about the summons around the pack. Apparently, all it ever was anymore was trouble. His gaze saw the very pretty, orangeish male quickly and easily - he stuck out like a sore thumb - and Markus moved to him with hackles raised. He saw the confusion in the honey eyes, however, and though he did not relax completely he did not charge him, either.

"Did you call?" He asked bluntly, eying Mal and his target, ready to spring in and help his leader if she fought or fled. "She isn't supposed to be here." it was both an explanation and, perhaps, a bit of warning, too. He had no idea what she was doing there but Markus was happy that Mal was ripping her a new one. Generally a tolerant creature, Markus had not liked the dark woman from the moment he'd seen her. To see her again so soon - in the territory once more - brought the feeling of hot coals to his guts. But he couldn't just leave this guy - potentially a threat, himself - standing there while Mal was occupied. He flicked an ear back to listen to the far more chromatic male, watching his leader and the trespasser intently.
