Emberwood it is time

He had only just crossed back over their borders when her scent hit him. He knew it well, the scent of a female's heat; this time it was mixed with...Grezig—he knew that scent well too. Immediately he abandoned whatever he had been doing (he couldn't remember now), and tracked her through the forest. The closer he got, the more intoxicated he became and by the time her call stretched out through the trees, he had already almost reached her. The sound helped him pin point her location, and he trotted through the woods, slowing as she came into view. Now that he was here with her scent the only thing he could think about, he couldn't even remember any of his reservations from the day she asked him to father her pups. Right then, he didn't care about anything but her.

He came up beside her, brushing his side against hers and rubbing his muzzle through the fur on her neck. Every inhale sent a wave of need through his entire body. It was all he could do to keep from rearing up and taking her right then, and he knew he wouldn't remain in control for very long. She wanted this, his seed, him. Knowing that he didn't have to try and ignore the way her scent made his stomach tighten and his heart beat against his ribs was just as exciting as the feel of her body against his. He offered an eager, pushy nip below her ear to test the waters—seek her permission to continue; just to be sure.
