His awaiting jaws meet the birds tail feathers in midair. Though no fruit is born. The only thing Santi manages to accomplish by the time he hits the ground again is to pull out a few tail feathers.

Brows furrowed he looks to Famine, spitting the feathers out of his mouth then watching the bird go to land off in the meadow elsewhere.
