Ears perking he sucked in a breath watching the Ram take off again with what must have been a last burst of survival effort as it leaped upward over the rocks, the red furred woman shooting after it showing no signs of losing strength. Having been wandering at a casual pace until that moment he had plenty of energy himself and though he was not as fast as the huntress was he scaled the rocks fast enough to surge forward once on flat ground. Lengthening his stride out he covered the distance falling in opposite of his nameless hunting companion and giving a fast strike to one of it's legs. Jaws closing around the limb he held fast, yanking back and sending the Ram tumbling to the rocks it's free hooves kicking out. Leaping back he sucked in a sharp breath as one of the beast's hooves glanced off his shoulder, the sharpness of the solid limb slicing open his flesh.
