Even though they had only just met and hadn't been interacting long, Leon was ending up quite enjoying this random encounter. He found himself lucky he'd managed to meet the few awesomely friendly people he'd met who he took a liking to immediately-- Teekon Wilds held a lot of hope for him in finally finding a place to call home, a family, friends... to finally be able to have a good life after years spent searching for that very thing.
She was cute as could be. Calm, sweet, proper... and there was something about her--he wasn't sure what-- that reminded him of someone, or something. Leon listened to her long answer, taking in her words and tucking away bits and pieces of notes that seemed like he might need to remember later. His curiosity grew. She mentioned her mother quite a bit. Maybe she wouldn't mind sharing more details about her rather than her home since that's where his curiosity was leading him.
"Would it be t'much to ask about yer mama? Where are y'guys from and, if it's not t'much t'ask, what's 'er name? His scruffy head was tilted slightly as he looked at her with his interest obviously growing, getting increasingly engrossed in their conversation. He was less interested in the girl's current pack than he was about her past and family. Surely he would be curious about her pack and ask more about that, but that could come later.
"Good t'hear yer pack suits y'fine and y'guys don't get a lotta drama," he said gruffly with a nod of his head. His German lilt slowly began to become somewhat more apparent, perhaps because of the ease in which he was speaking and how relaxed he was-- further proof of how much he took to Thistle. "'Ve never really been a pack guy m'self. Can't remember th'last time I was in one and never stay long n'ways. But the idea was beginning to suit him more and more the longer he spent time here in the Wilds.
