Eventually his wish is granted and the boy is placed back onto the earth without a moment's hesitation. Instantly, he runs to Cenric, crowding under the older man and gripping his front leg with as much force as he can muster, face plastered close and cheek distorting with the weight. He doesn't understand much of what is being said, too embarrassed and scared.
