barrier mountain unpassable?

so some of us seemed confused around barrier mountain.

I understood that the barrier part, where it directly says here, wouldn't be-





however since there is 'Boartusk Heights', I thought that part would be poassible?





especially this lil part where its more gray





so is that part not possible either?

i understood it got cleared up via discord, but thought it should also be cleared up on the board so others can see it as well
