Nutmeg was a bit of a wierdo. Coolness was solely directed by how much things entertained her, and if nobody wanted to play her games then fine, she'd go get into her own trouble. This very well might be trouble of a different sort -- one she really wasn't expecting. But hey, can't learn without messing up, could she?

While he postured assertively, so did she, whether she realized it consciously or not. Also being Nutmeg, she figured the whole not talking thing was just for show. Totally just for him to look cool. She was doing her best to exude a sort of cool-kid air too, So you gonna actually do stuff now, not just be a stump? 'Cause that's boring. There's way better stuff out there but if you just wanna sit here, I can just let you... Yeah she was kind of a little punk. And she went and emphasized the whole 'let him sit and be boring' thing by sort of taking a half step like she was going to leave.
