The sunlight was welcome on the mountain, at least for the bard. He had felt a strange settling of seasonal sadness. Summer had faded and fall was upon their doorstep, eager to begin a new season.
The Taggerung made his way to the edges of the mountain where he knew the Ursus claim ended. The bard wove his way along the borders to mark them occasionally, doing his part so that he was not accused of being a lazy bum- the very thought!
When a crow cawed overhead, the Taggerung squinted at it and barked back.
