What were they called again...? Flowers is what Tuwawi called them. Ah, yes, she remembered how Maera had taken a liking to these “flower” things back at the Creek. But, let's not ponder on that – now was not the time for gloomy recollections.
        “You is pwetty,” piped up Jökull. It was an unrehearsed observation while trailing behind Maera wherever she went. Maera looked so much like mommy it wasn't even funny.
