Avery smiled warmly at his mate. She seemed to be thriving. He was grateful he agreed to form a pack with her. Truthfully, he wouldn't have felt comfortable heading a pack. He was just as comfortable standing back and letting her lead. 

"I know that we are to welcome strangers, but I don't believe Omak's intentions were pure. He of course, waits near by for additional information, will you be going to greet him or shall I send him away?"
