The Praetor was angry, at himself mostly but a sliver of it at his packmates and the captive, the stupid damned barbarian captive. His emotions did not show through his stoic mask though, instead the madman glint of his eyes grew brighter. And that captive had the scent of a loner female on him when he came back from his expedition, six days he had left and he thought that the Praetor wouldn't see it? How stupid was that barbarian? He knew he had anger and shell-less fury radiating off him so he channeled it into fighting and cold icy anger instead. Now no one would be able to detect the anger he felt. But he would not blame his packmates yet, for he knew it was his fault for not informing them first.

Border patrol sometimes soothed his nerves but only if no one had crossed is borders and that was most certainty not the case today. The scent of an intruder drifted towards him and he knew his temper was close to snapping. His borders were marked clearly and he was sure that even the wolves of Swiftcurrent would be able to smell it from where they were. But most importantly, it was the scent of the female on Vector. This female needed to be taught a lesson, and so did Vector but that could be dealt with later. Perhaps a few bits, snarls and a good chase would make sure she kept away.

He arrived, expression indifferent and stern, eyes of liquid silver bright and harsh, as his gaze with the white furred female. His tongue raked across his gleaming canines in a threatening manner and the scars littered across his body shone bright white. The angel of death approached her, she seemed to be occupied with something, probably searching for the little barbarian. The Roman resisted the urge to sneer. His stance dominant and assertive, cold and unforgiving. Tail raised high in the air. His angry, bolts of iciness could not be detected and the only thing he let show, was the glint of a madman in his eyes.
