Meridian, who had recently joined (to some extent) the pack of Paleo in the mountains, had noticed the female pass by. He wasn't sure what was ailing her but he could see something was wrong. He heard a wolf, from a farther distance than he was to this female, call out a name. Evermore. He assumed that was a womens name. Meridian looked around for the owner of the voice, before spotting another female a bit of a distance away from him. He padded out of from where he was watching Evermore to lock eyes with her. He mouthed "do you know whats wrong?", though he wasn't sure if the other women would see it.
The coywolf was intrigued by the state of the sick female but also unsure. He didn't know what was going on and though his young liveliness and curiosity drew him to want to explore and find out, he could sense danger.
