maggak was surely the happiest of all to return home. the moment her gaze landed upon moonspear's looming shadow, a weight lifted from her shoulders. she came with honed muscles and tired lungs from the thin air; a little more of a woman than she had been before.
it was acrux she loped to first, having spotted his figure through the pines. oh, how she had missed him! acrux! a gleeful shout of his name, louder and louder until his head was to turn toward her.
