He and @Paeon stuck close in their travels, but once they reached the Kintla Flatlands, which was flooded will scents of all kinds, the split up. She went to the healers camp and while he stuck close, he was also here lookin for a good time, what he strives to do, make the best with the time you’ve got.

He cantered around the plains, but came to a stop when he stumbled upon a smaller herd of bison. He stood there and stared, the thundering beasts bringing back memories from home, of his family, his father. If he could take out a bison, would his father be proud? He thought about it, but taking 
young calf (at best) not only seemed to sit badly, but it would be dangerous. So he shook that thought from his head, and merely decided to sit and watch them. Someday he’d figure out what he’s meant to do, but right now, his life was real good.
