Redhawk Caldera I spin, colliding into sound

Elwood woke in the early morning hours to see snow falling all around him. He emerged from his den into the darkness -- the sun hadn't even risen yet -- and stood with his face tilted to the sky, letting the snowflakes become embedded in his fur. It was frigid and refreshing, and he knew he wouldn't be going back to sleep.

As the morning crept on, he found himself near the caldera. He had only been to the top of the territory once before, at Fox's pumpkin patch party, and he was curious to explore the area more. He was making his way around the lake, his paws crunching in the dry, crisp snow, when he spotted a dark figure nearby. The Delta quickly identified Peregrine, and picked up his pace, trotting towards him. "Good morning, Peregrine," he said, slowing as he reached the larger male.
