Her question was interesting – he could only assume the Sunspire would not traverse to the wetlands as it resided so close to the Creek, but, then again.. one never knew. β€œIt is less than favorable and would remain a last option,” he decided then, realizing only then that he had certainly given full insight to the lands where Swiftcurrent Creek might be hunting this year.. and while his swarthy companion had certainly been quick to ask questions, she had kept her own information withdrawn.

β€œWhat of the Sunspire?” Tit for tat – that, and he could then relay the information to his members to better keep them from straying closer to any Sunspire wolf. The last thing he desired was for the tension to break loose again – especially if it was done by a newcomer who did not know the circumstances of the pack.
