I found Finley I helped her to the borders and then I saw Peregrine. He was being rather mean and selfish I suppose and I yelled at him. Then he told me that he would just cut all ties to the plateau, that he had ruined everyone and basically that he was going to run away from his problems and hurt us all even more.
