Anoana's nose crinkled as he jumped and snarled, trying to hold back a laughter though it shown in her clear eyes. No matter. She assured him. She had dealt with much harsher brutes before. 

After settling down her paw, The shoulder bone feels smooth and from what I can tell, you would have cried out or taken my head, had it been splintered. Even the slightest of fracture could do a damage that would only continue to grow if not treated properly.
