You’re welcome here any time—our guardians know you now. She paused, eyes lifting to watch as leaves descended from the canopies above to drift around the two wolves. The rays from the overhead sun dappled them in a soft light; it was as if the guardians were dancing, swaying with songs floating in the winds.

She chuckled softly, eyes dancing as they returned to Rodyn once again. I think they like your presence—I find myself agreeing with them. 

He winked at her, his words curling around her, causing a gentle shiver to caress her spine. Was he flirting or did she only just wish he was? 

Regardless, she shook her head at him, eyes gleaming.

Careful, one would think you are flirting with me. Again. Her laughter was filled with warmth, low in her throat. I’m sure I can think of something to give in return for the quartz. Though, being in your debt doesn’t sound like a terrible sentence, either. If it meant he would return, she was glad for it.

With the quartz clutched gingerly between teeth, Solenya turned and made her leave; not before showing off her assets, her tail high. The lupine may be pure, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t have a little fun. She sent him a wink of her own before disappearing in the brush.
