His tail wheeled, and he turned his whole body toward the sea as if he might go racing off then and there.

"And we can look and see what sorts of castles and causeways are around," he went on, a speculative gleam in his eyes. He looked back at Kinusi, feeling bright and light and excited. "You'll travel with me, right?" he asked her, just wanting to be sure they weren't still speaking in jest.
