Ravensblood Forest dates penned in red ink

Hokulani had spent her days since speaking with Kindle wandering the coastline in search of a suitable temporary home and suitors who were worth her time.

This one was already a no. The forest was too thick, she could barely see the ocean at all, let alone the island! The wasted time left her laying disgruntled beneath a tree. She would spend the day here, and then travel to the river below tomorrow.
