A wolf burying their head in the sand was quite the strange sight, and Hokulani could not help staring. Not that she cared much for whether or not she was being rude.

She had come to get a look at the neighbouring beach, though she already knew that it would be no home for her pack. There was more sand than grassy lands, and that was much too hard of a sell. It could be used for fishing, but that was about it.

But nonetheless, paws in the warm sand, she stayed for the moment to see what might happen.
