For the others, the tasks he plans to assign seem obvious. Their skills are clear, weaknesses apparent, but Margarida? He can't quite decide. Maybe she's just too new, maybe she hasn't revealed enough of herself.

He knows from stories that Soto would have told her to have children, find a man, something that would lead her down a soft path of motherhood. Kemal wouldn't feel right doing the same. It isn't something that should be demanded.
