Kinusi tried to move forward when the girl showed signs. But she didnt make it in time. But before she could get closer Kindle was there. And her ire rose. 

She was a healer. And he got between her and a patient. And his next words and she stared at him. Irritation and hurt and a small dose of anger warring in her eyes. That was not a nice thing to say.

I beg your pardon. I'm a healer not a saboter! 

she felt the ruff along her neck rise. His teasing words after eased some of the tension but not all. 

She stared at him. We carry her. I'd say based on the way her ribs poke out and the circles under her eyes. She hasn't eaten in a little bit.

She bent forward. Gently sniffing the girls scruff.

We'll need some fresh prey animals. She can't chew in this way. So first we try and wake her. There's herbs you can use with strong smell. That doesn't work. We have to squeeze prey juice in her mouth or feed her like a puppy until she regains enough strength to wake and eat.
