Morningside Cuesta kill the witch

Easy nodded along with Milan, making a gesture to indicate that she spoke for them both. The wound had taken its toll, and it would not be a fun trip — but in truth, the rawness of her throat and the hatred growing and seething in her chest bothered her more.

Like her son, she ached for vengeance.

"Thank you," she mouthed to the wolves that had gathered. An especially tender look for Milan — she knew that this day was inauspicious for all of them, but perhaps for her most of all.

They each took up a pup and set off. Easy carried Baby, and she insisted that Milan carry Hellcat as well — the largest and the smallest together with the two women. Mission and Danger, slightly less favored by their mother, were allowed to be carried by the men.

Thankfully, it was an uneventful trip to the standing stones, where the budding family was once again safe.
