Frost woke the next night. Not knowing he slept right through the day, he gazed at his leg. The leg was still hurting but the bleeding stopped, his head still pounding from the bear encounter., he could barely get up. Frost decided to give up and lay down, but something motivated him. The smell of meat was thick in the air, he smelled the blood and flavor flowing through his nose. Lifting his weak body, he limped outside the cave and saw a babbling creek full of life. He didn't realize his mouth was completely dry, he was parched. Limping, he slowly got to the creek, lapping up the water slowly but the meat smell still lurked and distracted him from his drinking. He lifted his head and saw no meat around. Frost was confused, wondering where it was coming from. Now determined, Frost started a full investigation to find that meat. Frost roamed the creek, he had looked everywhere. He stomach growled at him, seeming like it was shriveling up. Alas, Frost found the meat.
He pounced on the meat, slowly moving his head back and fourth to check for scavengers. His teeth pierced the meat, blood streamed out of the side. Frost was starving, he devoured the meat. Frost was still hungry. The creek invited Frost to dive his paw into the water and fish up more meat.
Paw after paw, Frost failed to grab the fish. Seemed hopeless after a while, but he tried one last time. A curious fish swam above his paw, Frost ripped his paw out of the water. The fish went flying, It's eyes were terrified. But that didn't matter to Frost. He knocked the fish around checking if it was alive. The fish flopped one last time before a slap from Frost's paw finished him. Frost knew he was getting stronger, Frost thought about revenge the entire time while chewing on the fish. Frost thought about clawing out the bear's eyes and showing no mercy for him. Frost dove deeper into evil thoughts, He imagined claws unsheathed, bloodshed, and lastly glory from his pack. Before he could think more, he remembered Hawkeye, and the pack. He had to go back to them before his revenge plot, but first he needed rest
