Duskfire Glacier Hello, I'm Gambit

Duskfire's low numbers baited Tuwawi to take a chance on those she normally would not -- namely a rangy looking boy who had recently been accepted among their stronger members. His acceptance had been fleeting -- Gambit's untimely arrival cooinciding with events which warranted his leader's full attention -- and Tuwawi sought him out to better learn if he would be a good fit. Who knew... some wolves could shed their feeble shell to become strong with the right encouragement.

It did not take long to find him. "You're a sorry looking dog," Tuwawi jeered with a flat tone as she approached the two-year old.
