Later, she will come back. There’s no taunting, no threats, nothing force her to stay; there isn’t even another wolf she’s putting around her to make sure she doesn’t go anywhere. Seabreeze told her she didn’t have to stay if she didn’t want and it lingers in the back of her mind, even after the woman disappears for a while.
 
For the time being, she doesn’t move, still too scared, and falls asleep for a little while where she lies.
