For days, Galaxy only slept and ate (and occasionally pooped). Nearly a week passed before the pup finally seemed to be out of the woods. Her eyes looked a little bruised and her ribs still showed, but her pelt had regained its pale luster and she no longer looked like a spooky skeleton. She looked like herself, more or less, just the skinny version: nonfat milk instead of 2%.
She slept in this morning. As soon as her eyes opened, someone shoved a hunk of meat under her nose with a gentle command to, "Eat!" Galaxy didn't need to be told twice! She quickly gobbled her breakfast, then found the energy to slither to the den's entrance for the first time since being brought back here. The sun hit her face and she closed her eyes.
If there was any mental or emotional trauma from her time with Kala or the subsequent showdown, it didn't show. In fact, the puppy slowly smiled, eyes still shut as she enjoyed the sun after being in the dark so long. She had certainly gone through quite a lot since that night where she'd fallen right along with the stars, but somehow she had come out the other side as the same old cheerful Galaxy.
(One thing was different: all memories of Scion were completely gone. But Galaxy would never even miss them. It was as if they'd never been there at all...)

ATTN: @Lyra. Others are more than welcome too!

Keeping things vague!
She kept close to the den site of her little siblings after the bear incident. Namely to keep a close eye on Galaxy (as well as see how Vela and Jarilo were faring) but also because she no longer felt quite safe within Moonspear. The only place her anxiety settled slightly was when she was near Charon and Amekaze; the two wolves who she knew without a doubt would be able to provide protection. Her mother had proved as such when dealing with the bear.
Lyra went so far to settle in a hollow in the roots of a tree close to the den. She lay curled there now, the rock Hydra had found for her nestled close to her chest and blue eyes trained upon the clearing where her siblings would appear if they decided to wander.
She sat bolt upright as one did just that. Out of all of them, Lyra paid particular attention to Galaxy since she had fallen from a cliff before being held hostage by a bear, after all. As the tiny pup — who was looking better, she noted — crawled out into the sunlight, Lyra noticed the dark retreating form of @Hydra, smelling of freshly slain hare. She smiled, thankful her sister still kept the pack fed despite what they'd been through. Quickly, the girl tucked the shiny stone away in the back of the hollow and made her way over to Galaxy. "Hi, Galaxy," she cooed softly, lowering onto her stomach to see how the younger girl was doing.

"Hi, Hydra," Galaxy replied, eyes popping open to regard her sister. Her head cocked. Hadn't she just been here a moment ago? Maybe the youngster was simply too careworn to tell the difference right now. Or maybe she still didn't truly understand that there were actually three of them that just happened to look exactly the same.
The pup yawned and slowly stretched, rolling her atrophied muscles before pushing gingerly into a sit. "Thanks for the yums. Got any more?" she wondered, tipping her head and smiling cheekily up at "Hydra."

She was briefly taken aback slightly as Galaxy called her Hydra. Perhaps it was because she was so used to her family being able to tell the difference between them (most of the time, at least). However, she decided to roll with it. She wasn't sure if Galaxy even knew there were three "Hydras", so she decided on saving her the shock of that revelation for another time.
She watched carefully as the pup yawned and stretched, frowning at the way her ribs showed as she did so. "Let your last meal settle first," she replied with a small smile and a laugh, glad her sister at least had her appetite. "How are you feeling?"

The pup frowned slightly when denied food, though the expression didn't last long as her face returned to its default setting: all smiles. She contemplated "Hydra's" question about how she felt. Aside from hungry, she felt okay. But there was one thing that her older sister might be able to help with...
"I have a itchy spot on my tail," she said, twisting in half to look at it. There was a patch near the tip that was red, moist and oozing a little bit. Some of the fur had fallen out too. She peered at the hot spot for a few seconds, then her eyes lifted to "Hydra." "I chewed on it a bit," she confessed, not bothering to mention why: she had been so hungry down there in the caves, she had gone a little ouroboros on herself.

Lyra almost wanted to ask the pup how she was still her optimistic self despite what she had been through. She herself had been barely functional when they thought Galaxy had perished. Though she wasn't sure if her little sister wanted to relive it just yet — did she even remember the ordeal? Or maybe that was just how pups were; maybe she would have been like that too when she was younger.
Lyra was pulled from her thoughts as she realised her sister was speaking again, and her eyes casually drifted down to the spot on her tail she mentioned. Instantly, she reeled back in disgust, letting out an, "ugh!" She was quick to back peddle, however, not wanting to offend her little sister. She tried to mask her horror with a look of concern, taking another closer look at the weeping wound. It was definitely infected, that was for sure. "You're going to need...something for that."

"Hydra" recoiled violently and the vehemence of her reaction caused Galaxy to press to the ground. A moment later, her older sister was peering at the wound and speaking in a gentler voice. The puppy swallowed and looked at the ruined tip of her tail, which did look rather worthy of an en emphatic "Ugh!"
"Like what?" Galaxy asked. "Can we fix it?" she wondered in the next breath.

A wave of guilt rushed over her as she saw Galaxy shrink after her uncalled for reaction. If she was going to be a medic, she had to get used to such sights. Even if they were gross. She gave an apologetic look right after before nodding as Galaxy queried if they could fix it. Fix was not the term she'd use but she could definitely be able to treat it. Maybe.
"Of course," she said, brightening with a wave of her tail. Although she didn't believe in her own abilities, that didn't mean she would let her little sister think so too. "Follow me, we'll clean it up a bit first." With a quirk of her head to direct Galaxy, she started padding in the direction of the nearby creek so the pup could wash her tail tip.

Her sister seemed rather upbeat about the prognosis, so Galaxy smiled and happily trundled after "Hydra" when instructed to do so. She could hear the telltale sound of running water and she guessed they might be approaching a stream. She didn't know why, exactly, although a drink sounded sort of nice right now.

Even with Galaxy's little legs, they made it to the stream quickly and Lyra instructed her sister to sit and submerge her tail tip into the running water. Although she gave her a look of confusion, Galaxy did as she was told. Lyra had no idea if this would achieve anything but, as she had learned through her minimal experience, it was better to wash out a wound first than let it fester. She gave her notched ear a flick at the thought, happy that it hadn't gotten infected and had healed to look just like her own sister's marks.
After a few minutes and a largely one-sided conversation from Galaxy, Lyra checked on the status of her injury, finding it sufficiently cleaned. She would have manually done it had it not been oozing with...something.
She wasn't about to let her little sister run off just yet, though, instead asking her to follow her along to the cache of herbs that she had used for Terance's own lacerations. There, she would rub one of the plants on it before finally sending Galaxy on her way (or, more likely, personally walking her back to the den and telling her to keep the wound clean).
