Fox's Glade Your Mind Wanders Too

Lunna-Heart felt like she had been walking forever. Nonstop. Always moving. Now, she finally felt like she could rest. Not only her body, but her mind as well. She had been thinking, about what she would do, without a pack. Without anyone... she wondered if she really could do this, alone. She wondered what this was, she wondered if she could sustain herself, without any help.

Lunna-Heart had been thinking, thinking, thinking. It had been so overwhelming, now she wondered if her mind could really rest for long enough, for her body to rest well to. So she lays down, in the soft grass. Finally resting, after weeks, possibly months, or overwhelming thoughts, and the wandering of her mind stops, and she sleeps.

Kisha bounds through the grass, pausing to sniff the occasional spring flowers. She soon spots another wolf, dozing off, a girl, older than Kisha. She slows her pace, quickly reaching the fluffy gray wolf. Kisha sniffs her, she looks exhausted. 'I probably shouldn't wake her... She looks to tired to be woken up at the moment.' Kisha thinks to herself. She looks around her, to see if any other wolves were around, before settling down beside this other wolf, waiting for her to wake. Kisha decides that a nice nap wouldn't hurt anyone, so, nestling her head comfortably on her paws and under her tail, she sleeps as well.

After a while, LunaHeart finally wakes up, but lays still, breathing in the scents of spring, soon, she smells something new, another wolf. She breathes in the scent, a young girl, next to her, smells faintly like spring flowers, and doesn't seem like much of a threat.

LunaHeart quietly rises from the grass, and inspects the newcomer. Her copper and cream coat was pretty clean, and the young wolf seemed to be in good health. Her tail was oddly short, and LunaHeart wondered about that, she noticed pollen on the other wolf's fur. LunaHeart looked around the glade, to see if there was any prey nearby.

She soon spotted a rabbit near the edge of the glade, she creeps towards it, making sure the wind was blowing towards her, and not the rabbit. Suddenly, the rabbit's ears perk up, and it dashes away from LunaHeart, along the edge of the glade. LunaHeart sprints after it, going faster, faster, caught it! LunaHeart quickly catches and kills the rabbit, then picks it up in her mouth, bringing it back to the young copper wolf.

Kisha quickly woke up, how long has she been napping? She looked up to check, the sun hadn't moved to much, she hadn't been sleep for to long. Kisha quickly realises that the fluffy gray wolf wasn't sleeping beside her anymore, but was standing next to her head, a fat rabbit dangling from her jaws.

Kisha blinks, then gets up onto her feet rather clumsily, almost falling down again. "Oh, hello miss, what's your name? I'm Kisha! That's, a nice rabbit you got there." Kisha introduces herself to the fluffy wolf, admiring her catch, and wagging her tail.

LunaHeart smiled at the young wolf, appreciating the complement. She then carefully put down the rabbit onto the grass. "Oh, uhm, thank you, hello Kisha, my name is LunaHeart! Nice to meet you, would you like to share?" LunaHeart motioned at the rabbit, happy to share with another wolf, as she had been alone for so long.
