It was a dream she had never had before but recognized on sight. Otter Creek -all of her ambition had led to this. This moment. Basking in it -as she should- Tulind stood on the bank -wetting just her toes, as the whoosh of the water seemed to cheer her grand accomplishment. Or maybe it was a welcome home? Actually, she liked that better than her first thought of accolades. It was downright humbling to think that she really belonged to and within such a place.
Dipping her head to sample the sweet water, Tu immediately approved of the taste. Licking her lips as a stream fell from her chin, she shook herself refreshingly before turning towards the surrounding foliage and rock.
Picking a place that was already parted by intermittent trampling, she looked around with wonder filled eyes once again. Mine, was the best summary of her thoughts. Taking a seat Tu became one with the dream as she reveled in the splendor.
