She did not stop at the border.
she invited attack, welcomed physical pain, for naught but anger and the horrible sense of failure filled her now. Her anger was a wrath,  a tangeble thing, it filled her and demanded release. If ony she had worked harder, done more, Arthendal would still be it's own pack. She would have the beta position that she had longed for so dearly, and yet she did not .
she had failed.

she did not go far, just a few meters over the border,  before she called a call of anger and of invitation,  and brought to the forefront of her mind was the longstanding quarrel she had with the Court. This was not about them, not in the least. They had no part in her anger, her guilt and failings. The thought of Nico came to her, and briefly she considered going back. But he was better off without her.

and thus, she waited.
feel free to PP minor hits/wounds, and though I am not looking to have her killed, major damage is okay!
edit: tagging @Shalon since I noticed that thus may help your trade? :D

It wasn't like Eden to leave her pups alone, even with their father. It wasn't like her to travel to the borders so close to their feeding time. And it especially wasn't like her to lunge for another's throat without warning, but the female who stood beyond the border with her feet planted on the Court's land was a threat and Eden didn't appreciate her presence.

Rather than landing her attack, her jaws clamped onto the other's shoulder, at which point Eden released and jumped momentarily onto her hind legs with a snarl at her lips. [q]Who are you?[/] she demanded. She shook a bit of the torment from her fur but raised her hackles and her tail as high as they would allow, for if the woman did not respond with haste, more damage would be done.

There was another,  and the woman allowed her approach, allowed the snap to her shoulder, the sting pain a relief in the mess of emotion. She did not reply to the question,  instead lurching forward, aiming a snap at the other's face, anger building and burning beneath her skin, gaze aflame.

she did not scent the tell tale milk and pups and warmth on the other, so frenzied was her rage. Did not know that this was a mother. Should she have been of level mind, she would not have attacked. And yet, she had forsaken logic in the stead of a misplaced anger that only built

A harsh attack, one for the face, which Eden had suffered twice over now. The woman's teeth grated over her now closed wounds that lined her eye, and the young moher called out for reprieve. Once she escaped from under the others grip, she summoned back the urges that she'd chosen to hide in her youth and aimed for the others throat, once again. Of course, there was a miss, and Eden chose to reevaluate, aiming for one of her hindlegs instead.

Then, her head whipped back, and a furious call was made for @Sylvas Streiter and @Shalon. She wouldn't be able to do it alone; she needed help.

Her throat was easily guarded with a duck of her head and a feral snarl, though she gave no counterblow. The other dove for her hind leg, and she allowed the fangs of the woman to fasten onto her hind limb, only to launch her own attack on her hind and tail, face twisted in anger.

she ignored the call, for she welcomed others, welcomed the chance to throw herself heedless into battle, without thought holding her back,  with only the new for fang to rip flesh.

Shalon was confused at the call, from Eden? Although Shalon sitting at the entrance of the tunnels knew it hadn't come from inside. Rather it came from the border! Why was Eden at the border? What was the call for? Quickly she made her way through the thick underbrush, racing toward the border. As she approached she could hear the sound of a fight. And soon the battle came into view, she could see Eden grapling with another female. Not just any female thought, Aeronwyn.

With a fierce growl Shalon lept forward, running at full tilt toward the woman. Coming into striking distance Shalon lunged at the pale she-devil. She clamped on the womans scruff, flinging her head from side to side trying to do the most damage she could. This time Shalon wouldn't let her go. She had caused to much trouble for the Court.

Shalon could see the jagged mark on Eden's face, which only helped to fuel Shalon's anger. Aeronwyn had gone to far.

Paws beat quickly against the ground as Sylvas raced his way to the other side of the borders edge, his golden eyes were wide as he made his way toward Eden's distant call. 'What was going on?' The large male panted as he finally approached the scene, his gaze falling upon a shocking sight as he watched his wife and now the Duchess of the court grappling with an outsider. A low growl erupted from the male's throat, fur bristling on end as his paws quickly dashed forward to join the unfolding conflict.

As the mercenary came closer, a loud snarl bellowed from him as he leapt into action, pearly fangs revealed as he attempted to bring them down upon the troublesome female, hopefully aiming to make contact with her rump or back.

Eden out!

Luckily, two actual combatants arrived just in time; Shalon, the mysterious femme of the Court, and Sylvas, Eden's mate. She nodded to them both in one very swift motion, and chose to back away, leaving the scene to tend to the pups. If both parents were lost, it would be tragedy. She trusted Sylvas with each of thieir lives, but it was the strange female who put her on edge. Eden didn't know what she was capable of and she didn't want to take any risks.

She had, had she not? Her anger had consumed her before in the months that she had lived on the Isle, and she had refused the acknowledge that it had any hold on her. Even after the great anger at herself had caused her to cross the border of this same pack and to seek strife with its leaders, had her favour violence over words many, many times.

And now, as she in a burning frenzy felt her scruff grabbed and the nauseating feeling that come with having ones head whipped to an fro and the pain that came with tear flesh on her scruff and on her flank, where the other had landed a blow. And as she tore her scruff from the female that she identified as Shalon, fangs driving now for the stupid bitch's throat, the feralness in her gaze having her ignore the pain and damage the other was inflicting.

her attack snapped short, and the feralness died down, as her brain realized a number of things. She had attacked a mother. A family. She smelled now the scent of pups and milk and warmth, realized the other had gone. She had trespassed, brought strife and rage to a few she had always hated.

And why, exactly, did she hate them? She could argue that they were arrogant and stupid and full of themselves, but it had been her who had crossed the border on a day filled with self loathing, belittled and attacked the rules, made an enemy out of the court for no reason other than to sate her anger.

upon realizing these things did her anger die as a flame deprived of oxygen will, and instead came regret and guilt and a self loathing.
What had she done?

she moved again, but it was with charged steps and a pale pelt red with blood that she fled, shaking off the fangs that pierced her pelt and running for the border, all her energy placed into those few steps that would take her over the border and then due north, should her attackers allow it. For now she realized that no matter how much she believed that she had changed, she had not. She caused pain and sorrow and fear, and she hated herself for it, for so many other things.

The sharp copper tone of blood struck her nose as the woman teared away from Shalon's violent crushing jaws. The tan speckled Duchess hoped to leave scars on the intruder, as a reminder of what happens when you trespass. Shalon was rigid with rage, her anger boiling deep within her bubbling to the suface. And then rather then accept her fate and continue to fight the pale female had the audacity to run. She ran for the border, like that would save her from the clutches of the Court.

Shalon gave chase, snapping at Aeronwyns heels, she was the prey and finally, finally Shalon was the predator of the vile femme. She would allow Sylvas the chance to give chase as well or return to his injured mate. With the intruder so injured, Shalon was sure she was able to chase her safely away from their home. And so it was up to him. She would chase the woman far beyond the border, giving her extra incentive to move faster with every nip of her heel or flank.

Sylvas felt a tuft of fur between his teeth after the pounce, though whether he'd caused any damage was unknown to him. Soon he felt himself thrown off from the struggle and the frenzy, golden eyes watching as the pale colored female suddenly took the opportunity to make a run for it. Adrenaline surged through his body as Sylvas felt his heart pound within his chest, rage filling the male as his stare watched the intruder make a break for it. His paws wanted to follow, but he was torn, to give chase or check on Eden. A snarl escaped his throat as he watched Shalon give chase, his lips curling back as the mercenary fought the urge to follow her, though his paws longed to run after the pale witch that had caused harm to his mate.
