he went out looking for @Kaskae with hopes that he could cash in on that learning today.

admittedly the suddenly bustling state of paleo made him feel...weird, but it was good to have somebody else to learn from. to be around. he wouldn't say kaskae was like another brother figure, but something about the man brought comfort.

the initial settling in was the easy part: and kaskae'd done it time and again that it had become a sort of second nature. he knows that's not necessarily a good talent to have: but he's been endlessly relentless for so much of his life. he was a bit of a ramblin' man, hoping that maybe this was the time and place he'd plant down roots.
