Cry had finished putting fresh fish within another cache of the Bay. He found himself liking the solitude that the pack offered, the silence. It was like being a line wolf, but with a family of others who shared your path. Not your past,..simply your path.
No one shared his past.

He found himself venturing back to the start point where he was previously gathering fish, but considering he had finished that cache, he had no choice but to make another.
And another. And another.
But he sat on the frost covered shores of the coast, staring out at the ice watered waves. Ebony fur flew about him in chaotic locks, but he remained as motionless as death. Staring out onto the sea.

The sea had always brought him comfort, and simply staring at it was enough to give him calmness. Cry had affinity for such, as it had been shown in his vibrant frozen orbs. He had no like for heat, and summer usually made him miserable. But to be in the sharp gust of winter, his birth season, he had no reason for such a pissy mood.
So he smiled.
