Ohen was hunting a hare at the moment. The poor creature had no idea it was about to end up in Ohen's stomach. He quickly jumped out of his hiding spot and pounced on the rabbit, quickly breaking its neck with his jaws. He picked it up and carried it toward his den, as he needed light food for his long trips when searching for his sister. He through the hare inside his cave, and sat outside resting before he set off on his journey tonight.

Crescendo found the new comer outside his den, muzzle red from a recent kill. The huge male approached confidently, and looked down at the male from where he stood. "Greetings. I am Crescendo, Gamma. You are?" he said in a low voice. He was annoyed that the male was lounging about. There were things to be done! However, Crescendo remained silent on the matter for now.

Ohen watched as a dark male approached him, confidently. Ohen wasn't intimidated or frightened by the male. The stranger introduced his name as Crescendo and informed Ohen that he was the gamma. So Ohen bowed his head as he was sure that was what Crescendo wanted. "Nice to meet you Crescendo, I'm Ohen" he said looking up at the male with bored eyes.

The bow pleased Crescendo immensely. Yes, he quite liked his title. He stalked forward, stopping a few inches from the male. "What skills do you offer, Ohen?" He smirked, this male didn't look like much of a fighter to Crescendo. Then again, looks could be deceiving. He sat, waiting calmly for the male's answer.

The male seemed pleased with Ohen's bow and the younger male sat as well. "I'm working toward my gamekeeper, warrior, and outrider trades" he said proudly. Most wolves in his former pack were not fighters, so Ohen had the honor of possibly being the only wolf in Dragon Valley to be a warrior. His pack was a spiritual one, and always believe that the Gods would keep them safe, but Ohen always liked to be prepared.

"What trades do you have or are working towards" he asked curious as to what other wolves in this pack liked to do. He wondered if he had any competition for his trades, and a smile appeared on his face. Ohen liked competition.

Burke watched the two wolves converse and how Crescendo left the other. Burke wondered what the dark brother had to tell the other. Burke trotted closer to Ohen and greeted him with a nod. "Was he bothering you?," Burke questioned. Crescendo was known for taking hostages and pestering other people even within the pack. Burke wanted to make sure that Ohen wasn't being bullied. The large male watched where the dark male left. He better not be harassing any more pack mates.

Ohen watched as Crescendo completely ignored his question and then walked away. A frustrated growl came from Ohen and the ebony sat down not knowing what to do next. However he soon was captured in another conversation, this time with Burke. When the older male asked if Crescendo was bothering him, it made Ohen wondered if Crescendo was known for creating trouble.

"No" the Ebony male answered plainly. Crescendo was rude for completely leaving Ohen, but he wasn't necessarily bothering the ebony male. "Does he usally cause problems" Ohen asked curiously, and hoped that Crescendo wasn't luking in the shadows listening.

Burke turned to Ohen and gave him a kinder expression. He was rating liking the politeness of this Ohen. The large male hope he would stick around and not leave after a few weeks of shelter. Some did and it frustrated the hell out of him. He would hunt and take care of this pack while others just ate on their reserves and grew fat to then leave them again.

Burke glanced at the dark furred male and then nodded grimly. "Yes, often he does. You should stay clear of him," Burke spoke with an obvious distain. Burke had some morals and he dislikes that Crescendo didn't had any. "He tortures and harasses other wolves without reason."

When Burke warned Ohen to stay away from Crescendo, the ebony male shook his head and listened to what the older male had to say next. Ohen immediately wanted to rip Crescendo apart. Torturing others is completely unacceptable in Ohen's mind. "That's awful" the dark male said, and imagined those poor souls that had to go through being tortured.

However the torturing wasn't the worst part. The worst part was the fact that others knew about Crescendo doing this to wolves, but yet nobody put a stop to him.

Burke nodded slowly. "It is. But there isn't much we can do about it, Ohen. This pack is known for its darkness so it also attracts those few who are more dark than we intend to be," Burke spoke wisely. He always liked to refer to the two classes. One that kills for no reason and were close to being a sociopath and the second the ones who do kill but with reason. Torturing was especially something that one needed to be shaped for. Burke could only do that to a person that deserves long endurance of pain.

"But I'm sure you will be fine. It is mostly females he goes after. Not males as far as I know of," Burke spoke. "You never know, ey?," he then joked lightly.

Ohen sighed knowing Burke was right, but to Ohen it still felt like something needed to be done about it. "Yeah, I guess your right" the ebony male said and drooped his head. Ohen continued to listen as Burke said how Crescendo usually only goes after females, and the dark male didn't want to think about what he did to them. When Burke joked around about Crescendo going after male's Ohen head rose and he squinted at Burke "oh haha" Ohen said and tried to keep a straight face, but a smile still managed to formed.

"If he goes after males that means he can come after you" Ohen said, but doubted Crescendo would try and mess with Burke. If Crescendo ever tried to come after Ohen, he would probably just play dead and then casually walk away. The ebony male just hoped that Crescendo would never actually try and torture him.

Burke had to laugh about Ohen's comment. He didn't think Crescendo was gay or would even think to go after him. It did sound quite funny. Crescendo having a crush on him. Burke would not be able to return that love. He liked females better. Far more useful, at least he thought so. Since he didn't know the ins and outs about gay sex. "You are funny guy," Burke returned and grinned.

"But I was just checking if he was bothering you. I will have to continue with my tasks again," Burke returned. If one wolf worked the hardest in this pack it was him. He would hunt, patrol and teach Meldresi's young. Where he found time to sleep was a miracle to Burke too. Although, he loved working for the pack. It made him feel good and secure about himself.

Ohen was pleased when Burke laughed but was a bit suprised that he was called funny. That was a first for the ebony male, as he was never known to be the class clown. When Burke said he best get back to his tasks Ohen understood and gave a bow to the higher ranking male. "See you later" the dark male turned around and made his way back to his den. Ohen wasn't sure what he wanted to do yet.

Maybe he would go for a nap, or go run. However a better idea popped in his head, he wanted to go for a swim. Unfortunately the Ohen couldn't find any surface water exept for some small streams and a dirty swamp. Accepting defeat, the dark male continued for his den deciding a nap was the next best choice.
