The Beta noticed the increase in activity from the other packs around the southwestern corner of Teekon Wilds. He wasn't all that surprised, however. Spring was in the air. Wolves were busy capturing prey to feed their pack, now that there were more being born and moving about. Pups were most likely being born. The Beta hoped that his were growing in Cara's womb, but she had shown no sign during the winter. He wished that they would be born soon. He wasn't going to be around forever.
He returned to a familiar location: the site of Keith's murder(?). Kaname did not think much of it, for his spot in Cara's heart was firmly secured. Even if Keith came back from the dead and returned to Ouroboros he wouldn't be displaced. But that wasn't going to happen anytime soon. Was it?
