Her night in the hollow had been free from disturbance, thank the stars. When she returned to Rivenwood, @Prowler had greeted her with a pitiful amount of herbs that might dull the pain. Only a quarter of them were safe for nursing mothers, and Fiona sighed and shook her head.
If anybody was sleeping, Fiona didn't want to disturb them, so she settled herself down outside the den's mouth, taking a break to get off her feet for a little while. Her paw pads were beginning to dry out and crack, which she certainly didn't need. Fiona resisted the urge to lick them, and instead let her chin rest on her crossed front paws, blinking lazily into the distance.
Keep looking, if you can,she said to the masked creature. The witch plucked out the safe ones, swept the rest to the side, and headed toward Dawnleaf as the afternoon sun warmed her back. At least she could still appreciate something.
