She had been a good girl lately. Trying to make friends (probably failing), she had tried to be all the things her mother had wanted of her, but it wasn't until now that she was well above 6 months old, that she realized that expectations from mom and dad (was he even alive?) was far off from what she wanted. She wanted to be her own master, her own queen of everything. Ans he was slowly realizing she was her own queen. It felt wonderful, great even.

She loved it.

She was wandering through the woods, still worried about her father's condition, but at the same time not curious enough to return and find out. She had much more pressing things on her mind. She was hungry. She wanted food. She had learned to eat scrapes from others and hunt a little bit by herself, Lazy or injured birds were the easiest prey. But still hard to catch at times.

She followed her stomach's rumbling and wandered around until the scent of fresh kill hit her nose. Finally she was rewarded. She simply wandered through the woods and stumbled upon a red she-wolf eating. She wasn't entirely sure what she was having but it made her drool.

"Give me." She commanded from the much bigger and older female to hand over her food. She was a hungry princess, and she wasn't gonna let her go hungry, was she?

Permission to powerplay has been given from the player. This is for @Skalda

Skalda had been eating a frail deer. It was already succumbing to sickness, and had broken a leg in it's attempt to escape the red priestess.

And so she took it down and dispatched it with ease.
She would save the heart for her gods and eat the rest.

At least that was her plan. But a young voice commanded something different.

Skalda's gaze darted sharply to Makatza with obvious disapproval.
This child had zero manners. And zero fear. The fearlessness was cute, almost admirable. But the obvious superiority complex would get the little girl killed if she wasn't careful.

Maybe she could be forced to learn some manners.

The crimson herald let out a booming growl of warning on this thought, locking eyes with the child in a growing display of dominance as she rose to her full, massive height, with a tail arced high.

Submit. Her posture commanded with iron firmness.
Skalda's next moves would not be so kind.

The bitch had the audacity to growl back at Makatza. She was almost readying herself for an attack, almost ready to fight this bitch, until she rose. The red female was probably the biggest woman Makatza had ever seen. A monster of some sort. Makatza had never in her life encountered someone this big, so fierce. She wanted her.

"Ah, okay, maybe we share?" Her tone changed. Not to one out of fear, but rather admiration. She knew she couldn't fight this one, she knew that was a lost cause from the beginning, but neither did she want to submit to her. If she had to fight and gain her first defeat, she rather do that, than surrender. Instead she hoped to charm this woman, though her horrible table manners might already had deemed that a lost cause.

Manners was not something Makatza knew of, in fact, manners was whatever she wanted them to be. She wasn't interested in learning of other people's ideas of manners, she made her own rules, her own goddamn laws and she would be hellbent on keeping those. Her yellow eyes didn't shift for a moment away from the red lady, she hoped for food, hoped for an alliance of sort, but maybe that was all wishful thinking.

Skalda watched with scrutiny as Makatza seemed to reconsider her approach.

Share?

The crimson herald considered this, and eventually sheathed her fangs, moving aside slightly so the youth could also eat.
"Leave the heart. I have a purpose for it." She rumbled, before delving into the corpse again.
She considered imparting some personal wisdom upon the girl, but would wait until Makatza was eating also, to say anything.
