I had a question regarding pup birth dates; since 2024 is a leap year, I was thinking about having pups born on February 29th since I know it's been done in the last couple years, but I noticed the dates for puppy birth begin on March 1st. I don't recall this being changed recently (I could be wrong tho, I would not be surprised if I forgot) so I'm wondering if there's some kind of exception for a leap year?

I believe we plan to treat February 29th the same as March 1st and permit leap year litters, since it only happens once every four years and that day is March 1st every other year!
