Having allies or friends can help cover those mistakes but since Lacinia lost it all it was up to her to be on her own guard with the skills and little strength she has. Her only advantage is to ambush and assassinate or her life would no longer be hers.

His apology was enough to keep her from shooing him away but wasn't enough to keep him safe from that risk. She returned to the position she was in before and continued to watch the stars at the distance. She would appear to be thinking about something out there but her mind was focused on Arion. He hasn't done anything for her yet and she didn't ask him to do anything yet so what did he come here? She asked herself that. Did he want something?
