Azzaro's opponent uttered a challenging growl as he charged, the older male nearly fell for his feint but quickly drew his left paw away from him, though he was unsteady for a few seconds before rearing up and aiming a counter attack at the boy, attempting to slam his forepaws onto his shoulders and force him to the ground. But the yearling was a skilled warrior, (although he did not have as much experience as Rhanno had) and steadied himself, digging his claws into the ground.

It was successful and the old man was unable to push him down to the ground, without hesitating, the bold aspiring Lajak bowed his head and charged like a bull, attempting to headbutt the older man in his chest and knock him off his paws and onto the ground. This was not the real fight yet, to Azzaro, he was simply testing the waters, checking for his opponent's strength and weaknesses.
