 When the giant wolf had stopped his laughing, so did he. He sat on the paws of Raziel and studied them. So big! He placed one of his own paws on his. The creamy boy's paws weren't half as big as his. He wondered if he would grow that big. He hoped so.

 Leo didn't understand the words the male spoke, so he kept staring down at the two paws. If only he did though. He could have told him. Told him about the horrible storm. Told him a wolf took him and bought him here for saftey. Tell him about his sister and brother. His caring mother and his amazing father. But he couldn't.

 He felt the affectionate warmth on his head, making him smile. He liked the wolves here. So nice and willing to play with him. But despite that, he wanted to see mother again.
