Blackfeather Woods I kick butt for a living (Joining)

The male seemed self assured. Burke just wanted to see how he would behave himself. At least the stranger saw him as the leader. "Alright. Prove yourself, if I don't like what I've seen in the next two weeks you're out," he stated to the other. His pale eyes firm and not very trusting at all. 

"You stay away from the alpha den, and you will be partly in charge of filling the caches, making new ones and cleaning up older ones with rotting carcasses. If you have any free time you can mark the borders too. We, and especially I, don't like slackers," he spoke to the male, already giving him tasks so he would know what to do. Hopefully the male would ear his trade soon and then Burke would feel more confident about him staying. The alpha then turned around and trotted off back to his family.
