With anticipation high in his chest, Gavriel kept a glancing eye between his duo and the prospective way he imagined Heda would approach. There was little to offer in way of conversation, they all had a purpose and why they were here. If sent back home would be their action, they would do so; at least he and his younger brother would. He wasn't so sure about Seregrýn but the need to protect her had come up and he couldn't disappoint the wolves that would potentially be led by her.

He swallowed a lump in his throat as he first saw Gyda, glancing quickly around to the regal form of a larger, darker wolf. It may have been months since he had last seen her, but she remained the same. Perhaps a little more filled out with her age, headed for maturity despite what she'd been through already.

Gavriel lowered his head, and he glanced over to make sure the others did the same, but with silence upon them, he wasn't too sure if he should speak first. When there was a moment too long, he looked back in the direction of the dark wolf but avoided her face: "Heda. Seageda may be gone but we are still here; Seakru within Trikru and the Rockbound are faithful."
