Spring was nearly in full force, and it reigned supreme through the forest that the dark figure now traipsed through. Thick moss grew up the sides of trees, fresh shoots that resembled garlic and wild onion peppered the hillsides, and there were even a few bumbling bees cavorting through the air - bumping in to one another, or in to the folds of flowers. Having been rejuvenated since his encounter with the like-minded Lasher, the boy had been disinclined to leave; however, he did eventually slink from sight of the other wolf.
Tiarnan wove between the trees of Neverwinter - not knowing its history, nor even the name that it carried with it - and in his haste he kicked through a few patches of flowers. One of which buzzed and erupted with a very large, very unfriendly, perturbed wasp. Tiarnan wasn't paying attention as he thrust himself along - not until the bug landed and began to sting him. YOW!
the boy barked, his voice curdling as he yanked his head around, trying to find the culprit of this most heinous of offences - and the wasp, readying it's rear-end-weapon again, landed square on his nose. Where it shoved its shank-bum in to his tender nose.
