Larksong Grotto Come Meet Your Match, If You Dare.

Aspen marked the last tree of her patrol for the night before stretching and giving the area one last glance. A job well done she thought with a smile. Time to relax or something. She had a surprising amount of energy left and picked up a small trot as she trailed deeper into there territory not giving too much notice to her surroundings. She was paying so little attention she almost collided with one of her packmates. She brought herself to stop barely a few feet from the male. 

She took a few moments for her to figure out exactly what just happened. She was considering blaming this wolf for being in the way of her jog because that was the kind of mood she was in currently. The leave alone or talk at your own risk kind of mood. She let out a subtle growl and gave the male a rather unamused look. Only then did it occur to her she had not yet met this wolf, not that she cared at this particular moment in time.
