Though her reaction was slight, the smile sent waves of pleasure gushing in his chest and a charming grin of his own lit up his face. It faded, however, as did her words. She was upset? That just wouldn't do. He couldn't press a stranger, much as he wanted to take that pain and crush it under on of his massive paws.... Good thing she was a packmate. 
    "Wanna talk about it? That's a little young to be leaving home." 
His blue eyes stayed ever on her, calm and even a little WORRIED. 
God, what was going on in his head? The patchy male wondered if he should tell her his own story first, as if it would make it easier. Very well... If it made her more comfortable than so be it. He gave a sheepish glance at his paws before focusing on her once more.
              "My mother wasn't faithful to my father, though he stayed anyways. He raised us practically on his own.... Until one of her affairs killed him right in front of his kids. We buried him at the foot of the mountain and never went back."
