Neverwinter Forest Family is more than you know

With his confidence wavering, the young boy was already slightly spooked of his surroundings. He was all too accustomed to the near-constant presence of Eshe, so being a foot or so away was all too weird for the young child. But, even with these feeling about him, his curiosity was alive as well. He was fixated on the stranger at their doorstep. That was until a new sound slunk into the air. His eyes grew wide at the sound of Cypress’ attempt at howling and in response to the new, faint, sound he turned his attention to his brother, amazed by the noise. He shuffled quickly towards his brother as the cry died and nudged his nose upon the other’s snout, wagging his tail as he looked to his brother with imploring eyes. “Teach me!!” they seemed to beg as he pulled back to look at his brother.

He had hoped that his brother would spill the beans right there and then in regards to the howling, but another noise seemed to catch Rannoch attention quickly. Though the boys were gradually gaining their sense of hearing, the boy heard the stranger's sneeze. Though the sound was faint in his developing ears, it was still enough to bring the boy’s attention back to the stranger. “What was THAT?!” he seemed to ask as he tilted his head. He, as far as his short-term memory could recall, had never heard something quite like that before!
