Silver Creek I can tell you where I'm going but don't ask where I've been

The guy sounded a little naive to Spring when he said that he  could hunt for Amber no matter what pack he was in.  That he could stand sentry at the borders while Amber slept.    He just couldn't have a paw in two worlds though.  Spring just wasn't very sure how this current plan would work out successfully.  Then he went on to give her not a totally clear answer to her question which rather confused her.

He said that he could not join Silver Creek yet.  So did that mean that Dagfinn would want to join eventually or was he unsure as of the moment?  She eyed him curiously for a moment as if looking into a puzzle before she began to speak.  "I must say Dagfinn that I am curious what you mean by saying you can't join Silver Creek yet? Does that mean that you wish to one day join us hear at the Creek or you are currently undecided?"

Spring had not yet noticed Dagfinn's age.
